­Psychology of Vision was founded by Chuck and Lency Spezzano, who have worked together to develop both the model and the community.

In the early 1990’s they introduced the 100-Day Program, which leads participants into the power of connectedness, accountability and leadership.

In 1997 they began the Psychology of Vision Trainers’ Program for those wishing to become Psychology of Vision Trainers.

In 2007 they introduced the Graduate Mastery Program for those who want to explore higher levels of transformational consciousness without the structure of the Trainers’ Program.
